Horrible customer service! Brought my car to repaired after an accident. Did a horrible job repairing vehicle and defrauded my insurance company. Don't trust them they are absolute sorry excuse for a dealership and have absolutely zero integrity. I would not recommend any one purchasing or servicing any cars with them.

Terrible customer service. Have had experience with MB dealerships in NYC and Northern Virginia, and have never been treated so rudely. Loaner not offered, had car for over 4 days. Communication was terrible. Never contacted warranty company but said they had. Then, when we picked up our vehicle, we were told we needed wiper blades. The issue with the car was back windshield wiper motor!!!! Unfortunately, it's the only dealer. Maybe you will be treated better if you are the clientele they choose to work with!!!
Great staff, friendly and willing to work hard to make a good deal. Thanks again to Ariel our sales associate and June our driver. Everyone we spoke treated like they had know us forever. Great experience start to finish.
