I go out of my way to use them and it's worth the trip.
4 stars overall because the process took over a year, was tedious, time consuming, and frustrating.
The service department is also the best I've ever worked with...been going there for years.
I was able to trade out of the lemon and into a brand new 2017 truck. Honestly, this was a difficult process. It took months of servicing, a recall, several hours on the phone with Chrysler, and finally after contacting an executive at Chrysler headquarters, we were able to mediate the issue.
If you're looking for an awesome salesman-talk to Rick! He helped me find the perfect vehicle and has been quick to respond to any questions I've had after the sale. Definitely the best car-buying experience I've ever had !

Best Dodge service department I have dealt with. Repairs are done right and at reasonable prices. Nicholas Cash and Trevor Gallagher are very friendly and have qualified technicians. I drive 30 miles to i.g.Burton even though I have a local dealer BCP Smyrna who after 3 tries couldn’t fix my rear axle noise issue and still charge for their mistakes but i.g.Burton fixed the mess the first time.
Horrible customer service! Brought my car to repaired after an accident. Did a horrible job repairing vehicle and defrauded my insurance company. Don't trust them they are absolute sorry excuse for a dealership and have absolutely zero integrity. I would not recommend any one purchasing or servicing any cars with them.
Customer service was really good. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Rick was polite, courteous and extremely helpful in picking up our car that suited our needs. Keep up the excellent job!

Initially I got off to a very rocky start with the dealership, however management stepped up and went more than the extra mile to help me make the situation right.
