Car sales is a cut-throat business. I sold cars for a couple years and I have to say that Linda Didomenicis is a true professional. I was tagging along with a friend who brought me along to be the heavy hand if needed (since I have a background). I did some leg work before we got there, knew what the numbers were going to be to make it work and to be honest, I wasnt needed. Linda did an amazing job showing the cars, listening to what her customer had to say, got the trade number he wanted (which I knew was possible) and got everything in place on the second pencil. Thats impressive on all accounts.

Horrible experience with Hertrich Toyota. In the past I've had bad experiences with their service department but recently I went to purchase a vehicle and I said I was looking to purchase within the month. They basically blew me off and said come back when you are serious about buying. Will never go back there again. Luckily that same week I went back to Hertrich Ford and purchase the truck had a great experience with them.

Stopped at the Toyota dealer on my way to O.C. on vacation. I had a maintenance light go on while driving from Pennsylvania. We walked into service dept. were greeted right asked what we needed explained our concern, mentioned we bought the car in PA. Young man said no problem let me reset the alarm. He did so quickly professional. Not sure of his name but he had beard, we were given peace of mind which is priceless. Thanks again my hats off to your service attendant.
