Cannot rate a doctor I never got to see. The staff however was less than helpful. I had an appointment scheduled for over a month. They changed systems and lost my appointment. They finally got in touch with me wanting to reschedule. In the mean time they scheduled new appointments over the lost ones. When asked why they cant reschedule the new person and give mine back they refused saying it was my fault for not responding to a voice mail (I never received). Voice mail is not a valid form of communication. All I wanted to do was get them to do the right thing, but NOOOOO! The lady told me "you're a grown as man, you should have responded to our call."
