When I first started going to here I transferred from BayHealth. My doctors name was Gale. If I still had her this place would have gotten five stars from me because she was awesome but when she transferred to a different unit this place gets two stars from. Me only because making appointments have always been a breeze and I don't have to leave to get blood work done. I also like the waiting staff but now the wait time is over an hour, even if your ten minutes early. That's exactly why I left BayHealth. I don't mind waiting an extra 15 minutes but when I'm sitting in the waiting room for an hour and then get in the room and have to wait an extra hour just to see the doctor for ten minutes I have an issue. Not only that, the two doctors I have seen since Gale, have truly been trash doctors. They push meds, surgery, and vaccines as if those are my only options when I know better. Gale you are truly missed!
I have been a patient at Dedicated to Women for 3+ years. I've been to this location Milford once and the service was fine. After moving out of state and needing help with switching pharmacies the woman who helped me did not respond to my call/messages. After waiting four business days I called the office to try to leave another message. Although I finally had my problem resolved, the receptionist was rude over the phone. Overall, I am not pleased with my (few) interactions with this location. 110% recommend the Dover location.
Fiancée had an appt, she usually goes to Dover office but this was a quick appt where she needed to get in the same day, and there was no openings in Dover. There was a world of difference in customer service. Unhelpful. Unfriendly. And uneducated. We waited at our pharmacy for the prescription to be faxed over for 2 hours. After calling about why it was taking so long, my fiancée was sent to voicemail and I called as well and was hung up on. Very unprofessional staffing here. Don't waste your time coming to this facility, Dover is much better. We will never go back to Milford location again.
Great service by the providers in this office! Much less waiting time than the Dover office.
Very fast, I have never seen such a quick and efficient Gyno. Wait time to see the Dr was 10 minutes.
