They messed up a Front end aliment ONE time, but otherwise they have been 100% perfect; and their customer service is super as well as the fact that they are always willing to work with you and keep you informed to help you stay within a budget!!!

Finally found our go-to auto repair shop/person! We've used Bobby & his shop off & on for a little over a year now and we've decided he's the only one we'll use from now on. Our most recent dealings with the dealership have opened our eyes as to how much we were being lied to & ripped off. Dealership said I needed front & rear brakes/pads, just resurfacing, and exchange of the brake fluid...to the tune of over $700! Called Bobby, got my car in quickly, he found that my rear brakes/pads were fine & did not need replaced at all, but my front needed a new rotor, not just resurfacing. And it was all done quickly and reasonably priced! You can't ask for a better shop in my opinion!
Joe is one of the most honest, efficient, reliable and knowledgeable mechanics I have ever come across. His employees are friendly and always helpful. I would recommend this shop to anyone and have done so for 16 years.
