My husband had been on a mission to find a Parker boat for over a year. Well he found a boat for sale at this marina and told me this is the model he wanted. We put a $3000 deposit on it without seeing it so we could make arrangement to get there , we live near Detroit. Before making out there we were contacted by a local dealer that they had a the chance to purchase a demo boat from Parker . My husband notified the owner that we found another boat and we would be purchasing that one. We were soon notified that our deposit will not be returned. I have been selling cars for almost 30 years and have never done such a thing to a person. Boat was still listed while we had the deposit on it and two months later still for sale. BAD BUSINESS!
Marvin is the biggest the rudest person you are to meet that's running a business he does not treat customers with any respect he's constantly got an attitude. He doesn't even deserve one star but it was the only way I could pull up this survey.

Bought a used boat here and am storing it here. One of the best decisions I've made. They cleaned up the boat and made some minor repairs, and Registered it- one of the few places that can register boats. Very honest and friendly people. Very convenient - 25 minutes from my house - and within minutes you are in Delaware bay. It is hassle-free boat ownership - boat is kept indoors, no algae, no barnacles, no seagull poop, no bailing after a rain - get off the boat and they put it away on a rack, call ahead and it's in the water for you to use.
