was hopeful they would finally come out after just under one full month.
three weeks later no call or contact from them. we called them to findout. they said they would schedule someone. never even heard if a part was ordered which most likely is a simple fix of circulator pump needing to just be cleaned and freed up from being off all summer. needless to say another week went by. finally they said service would be out tomorrow after we called again. no time no further info. spoke to them this morning to see what time to expect them. no answer on an approximate time. no showed today. no call. no answer at their office as they are now closed. Dec 7 to Jan 2, still no heat on second floor.
January 3, 2018, again, no show and no call for technician. Left several more messages on answering system, which states, "someone will contact you before end of business day"
came out Dec 7, no troublesglhooting just said they need to order a part. should be in Monday.
don't waste your time or money. they don't do a good job and will gouge you for every nickel.
Well, another end of day and no one called. no technician. December 7 2017 to January 3 2018, still no technician, and no one has ever called. we have to call them every time after waiting on hold for many minutes, if you ever get thru. usually just get fed up of waiting and leave a message to never been called back.
Doesn't even merit to give this company 1 star. Don't waste your time or money with this company. They say one thing and do the other. The emergency gas truck driver was about as rude and heartless as a person can get. Here we are in below freezing temps and they won't budge to deliver oil till Monday.
On another note, their automatic propane fill program is just as bad, as they skipped us, but still charge the flat fee for the month and of course we ran out. THANKS AGAIN!
