Wait time used to be bad. Now he sees patients 2 days a week and I haven't had much wait time since in the Milford office. The staff are all very nice people too. All of you people commplaining about wait time then go elsewhere. Dr Falco is an excellent doctor that's why it's so crowded. He is one of the top spine and pain doctors in the United States. If there is a wait time it's worth it.
Dr. Zhu said, "go ahead and sue me" while I was there, as if that is some threat. Listen I don't believe in suing people, I believe in right and wrong. And as the advocate for my grandmother who can't do it herself, I will file a report against your license. And I will write EVERY single bad review about you and this company until I die because you don't deserve to be in that position.
Wait time is very long. 2-4 hours.
We ended up having to go to the ER because this doctor thought a psychiatric evaluation would be appropriate for an 83 y/o with vascular dementia. I really don't know how he sleeps at night. I want something done about this. This practice SHOULD not stand for a doctor to treat a new patient in that manner. This is what is wrong with our system. You are suppose to be lower hospital admissions not increasing them. We go to the PCP, refers to a pain management, he does nothing, so what's next? The Hospital. So they gave her IV dilaudid and ruled out any suicidal ideations because she has NO mental health background, neither does her mother nor her mother.
I brought my grandmother June Morris to Dr. Jie Zhu today, 11/22/16 in Newark, driving ONE and HALF HOURS. This doctor is what I think about when I live in Argentina and Bolivia for 3 years (3rd world). The mentally is, they don't pay for health care, so why should I care. He tried to tell me my 83 y/o grandmother was suicidal because she wanted to live in heaven instead of earth. If you don't know by now Dr. Zhu that people that age are very comfortable talking about death and dying. They talk about being ready for heaven, etc. I explained to him on more than one occasion she has 24/7 care, no means, no intent, no plan and my grandmother repeatedly laughed at him when I asked her if she was going to harm himself. On a side note, we live in Sussex County, she and my grandfather have rifles and handguns all throughout the house for years, if she was truly suicidal, she would have killed herself a long time ago.
Just wanted to schedule a family member and the wait times are still bad. Running an hour or TWO the receptionist tells me.
Thanking God I am not a patient!!! I bring a patient each month... Over crowding, over scheduling, wait time past apt time at least an hour or most of the time better... Very sad. Doc is nice and does seem to care but the wait is ridiculous..
