Also, they don't give you print out of the doctor's visit with the stats of your child. They need a patient portal where patients can log in and print out their own results of the visit or any referrals they have on file. Its just not convenient. I will say, they do try to help accommodate you while you are there in person. Its just over the phone is a total pain in the arse. Everything is electronic nowadays. I should offer my services to come up with a patient portal system. As a matter of fact, I'm going to look into that right now.
The most thorough physical exam I've ever had. The staff is friendly and when I needed to change a referral to a specialist they did it within less than 24 hours and contacted me with the new information. Nurse Rosario and Dr Tayal are very thorough, professional and knowledgeable.
I don't like that you can't call the office directly. You have to call the main line and select an option. Its a real pain. They should set it up to where you call and then select which location you want. Children's Pedestrians and Associates in Washington, DC has it set up that way. Someone should look into revamping the phone system so that it doesn't take so much time trying to get through. The staff is nice enough. Even though I get the impression that some of them don't want to be there. They are, however, still kind and professional.
