The staff are nice, but I've never had luck finding specific tools that I was looking for here. There's mostly just run of the mill house tools at this store.
The sales associate re-threaded my slightly stripped specialty nut for no charge. He could have sold me the tool, just as easily. When do you ever receive service like that?
