I bought a car from here and it has so many problems with it , an old battery my car won't even start on it own . There was a nail in my tire which was covered up and not removed and not to mention I had to take to the place multiple times to get it fixed and it still is messed up right after my warranty went up in the car
After 6 weeks of research for an used car and going to private sellers, dealership, independent dealers in PA ADDINGTON Co; the cars and lot arrangement is clean, the way of communication and respect that the staff shows to myself and my family should be use as a standard modelfor the car sales industries. I found what I was looking Toyota, Honda or Subaru cars. The staff (CINDY and TONY) really care, great humor and humble. They don't ask personal questions until is time to seal the deal, no pressure. I felt confident in knowing that the car to be use by my kids is coming from this lot. You will not be disappointed with this place, just been honest and tray to make a fair deal, they will work with you. When I decided to purchased a car from this dealership, I thought they were honest people but later learned otherwise. Before I decided to purchase the car I noticed a crack in the windshield the size of a quarter, I told dealer and said they would take care of it 3 weeks after buying the car they sent me to a glass repair company and I was told the crack had been filled and I had no worries of it spreading. Less than 2 months later I have a crack 1.5 feet long horizontally across my windshield right through the first crack. I called the dealership immediately and they had me come in to look at it and told me they would call me the next day to "see what they could do." They never called back so I called them to see if they were going to fix my windshield. When I finally spoke to someone he told me "I'm sorry about your luck but we can not cover the windshield." "I said really after the windshield was already cracked when I purchased the car and you told me it would be taken care of?" The price of the windshield for my particular car costs 400 dollars!! He then offered to replace my windshield for $200,which is a great price but had they done that in the first place I wouldn't have to worry about replacing my windshield 3 months after buying the car!!!! BEWARE!!!!! DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR BUSINESS THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS!!!! THE LAST TIME I WILL EVER GO THERE!!!! I WOULDN'T BUY A DOG HOUSE FROM THEM!!!
I have gotten 2 cars from them they are nice decent cars.
I got my van from here in February and absolutely love it.
