Recently purchased a Dutchman from them. On the scheduled delivery day it ending up raining consistently for days making my yard very soft. The driver, Bill, was very honest and helpful and didn't recommend we follow through with setting it. I spoke with the owner of the company Howard, and he allowed Bill to set the shed in my driveway and would come back and set the shed at no charge when things dried out. One phone call a week later and the shed was sitting in my back yard.
It's crazy the way these people do business. They want you to pay cash or check. If you pay with credit card they charge you like 45 or 25% . They do in house finances.

Also I found that their policy of making the customer go out and buy/supply the cinder blocks that the building is to sit on highly irregular, they should be giving turnkey service/materials in the price.
Had a bad experience wanted to make a custom shed but found out that they are not good with changes very $$$.
Great shed .....horrible customer service. Shed showed up but sight check not done so they had to take shed back to put on a smaller truck to deliver. Door bracket for door lock not properly located on door to lock to floor. Workers redrilled bracket three times leaving holes. Asked to send someone to replace board and bracket. Instead they sent someone out who redrilled more holes !!!! Nice shed terrible service !!!
I didn't end up purchasing as the cost was prohibitive in the end.
This is my third shed I've purchased with different houses and is BY FAR the best constructed shed I've ever owned.
