Has most everything you need for your pool or spa but a little more costly then most pool places
They were very patient with our planning process (over 2 years). Like any contractor you do have to keep in communication with them. Love the family owned and operated business. Customer Service is fantastic and the girls in the store are informative. We did have to wait a while to get concrete poured 98-9 weeks!), but that was mother natures fault. And well worth the wait, the longer your pool settles the longer your concrete will last:) Milford Pools and Spas gave us a personal feel we did not get with the BIG Pool companies. Plus the fact they are local you always have "a real person" to talk to meet with.
Great deal when I bought my Hot Springs (the best hot tub on the market, I've had 2), but recent NEEDED service has been difficult to schedule...disturbing.

I have always done business with Pools and Spa's in Milford Delaware, but over this last year their customer service is horrible !!! Before investing the kind of money we did, you might want to look for a new pool company that values their customers......I will be looking for a NEW pool company!!!
