I would give 5 stars but I got the wrong order during the drive-thru. Had to go in to get fixed. Service was good.
Good food but customer service sucks. I only go here for the play place. Customer service classes needed for this staff. You would think , new building, new outlook new improved staff WRONG...
Service time was decent for Christmas Eve ,however, we purchased 2 complete meals and were only allowed 2 single ketchup packages for free!! When we requested more for our fries we were informed we would have to pay .30 cents per pack. That's outrageous!!! GOOD BYE MCDONALDS ....HELLO WENDYS!!!
Beautiful new McDonalds. Fast service. Tried to use my McDonald's mobile app for a latte and was turned away. Said they couldn't scan off the McDonald's app.
